1. Who we are

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of lifemodefitness.com and your purchase of the Simple Strength course and any other digital products we sell, wherever in the world you are buying from. By purchasing a Product or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can buy from us

We sell to customers globally. Our Products are intended for adults. By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into this contract. We do not knowingly sell to, or market toward, children.

3. What you're buying

Simple Strength is a self-paced online fitness course delivered as video and text lessons. When you buy the Course, you are purchasing a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own use, not ownership of the content itself.

4. Price and payment

The current price of the Course is shown at checkout in GBP. Payment is a one-time charge, not a subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time; this will never affect a purchase you've already made.

5. Access to the Course

Access is granted automatically after successful payment via login details sent to the email you provide. You're responsible for keeping your login secure. Sharing your login or the course content with anyone who hasn't purchased it is not permitted.

6. Your right to cancel, and the digital content waiver

Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within a set period and receive a refund, for example UK and EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period. Because Simple Strength gives you instant access to the full course on payment, you are asked at checkout to expressly confirm that you want us to begin providing the Course immediately, and that you understand this means you lose your right to cancel once access has begun, to the fullest extent this can be waived under the law that applies to you. Where the law of your country does not permit this right to be waived, nothing in these Terms removes those rights. Full detail on this, and the very limited circumstances in which a refund may still be given, is in our separate Refund Policy.

7. Health and fitness disclaimer

Simple Strength is a general fitness and exercise programme. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. You should consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before starting Simple Strength or any new exercise programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing health condition, injury, are pregnant, or are unsure whether the exercises are appropriate for you. You take part in any exercise shown or described in the Course entirely at your own risk. Life Mode Fitness is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the Course, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law. Nothing in the Course should be treated as a guarantee of any particular health, fitness, or weight-loss outcome.

8. Intellectual property

All content in the Course, including video, text, images, and downloadable materials such as the Progress Tracker and Completion Certificate, is owned by Jenkin Lee / Life Mode Fitness, unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use this content for your own learning. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Course content in whole or in part, share your login or downloaded materials with anyone who has not purchased the Course, or use the content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. We may take action, including terminating access without refund, against anyone found to be in breach of this section.

9. No guarantee of results

We're upfront about what Simple Strength is: a method that works if you show up consistently. We do not guarantee any specific fitness outcome, weight change, or result, since this depends on factors outside our control, including your own effort, consistency, and starting point. Any testimonials or examples shown are individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results for you.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to that, our total liability to you arising from your purchase or use of the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Course, without refund, if you breach these Terms, in particular Section 8 (Intellectual Property), or use the Course in a way that is unlawful or harmful to us or others.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or how we operate. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase. We'll update the last updated date at the top of this page when changes are made.

13. Complaints

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of the country you are purchasing from, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, this choice of law does not deprive you of any protection given to you by mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by agreement.
