Fitness should give you more life, not take it over.
I’m Jenkin, a fitness coach, podcast host and father. I help people understand where they are, strengthen the foundations they have lost and build a way of training that can last.
Life Mode is not about making you dependent on a coach. The aim is to give you the structure, confidence and understanding to own your training for yourself. Sustainable beats flashy. Consistency beats intensity you cannot maintain.
I built these tools from situations I faced myself: trying to understand the person in front of me, communicate clearly and keep the practical side of coaching organised.
Life Mode works alongside people and businesses who share a practical, whole-person approach to health, movement and long-term confidence.

Why our approaches align
Life Mode and The Physical Therapy Clinic both believe good support starts by listening, understanding the whole person and building a plan around real life. Andy’s focus on recovery and rehabilitation complements Life Mode’s focus on sustainable strength, confidence and independence.
