Refund and cancellation information

If something is wrong with your purchase or you believe you were charged incorrectly, email hello@lifemodefitness.com with the email address used at checkout.

Digital programmes

Your legal rights are not affected. Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that access begins straight away, your statutory cancellation right may be affected once delivery begins. The checkout will present the required acknowledgement before payment.

Coached programmes

If you cannot take part before coaching has begun, contact Life Mode promptly. Any refund will take account of work already completed, sessions already delivered and your applicable legal rights.

Monthly coaching

Monthly coaching can be stopped before the next billing date. Stopping prevents future renewal; it does not automatically refund sessions or support already delivered.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time taken to appear is controlled by the payment provider and your bank.
